Features

  • The leak-free fluorine-lined magnetic pump is independently developed as a fully sealed, leak-free, pollution-free, and strong acid and alkali resistant new type of industrial pump.
  • The pump body is made of cast iron lined with fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA), integrally sintered and pressed, while the inner rotor, pump cover impeller, isolation sleeve, and other flow-through components are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastics and integrally sintered.
  • The magnets are made of new permanent magnet materials with excellent magnetic properties and high-temperature resistance without demagnetization.
  • Shaft sleeves and sliding bearings are made of highly wear-resistant materials such as silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE.
  • The design of the magnetic pump not only features a compact structure, pleasing appearance, small size, low noise, and reliable operation like ordinary magnetic pumps but also utilizes the most excellent fluorine-resistant material in the world, for all flow-through components. It can transport acids, alkalis, oxidants, and other fluorine-corrosive substances of any concentration without damage.
