ZCB Stainless Steel Magnetic Self-priming Pump
A new type of industrial pump that combines the leak-free characteristics of magnetic pumps with the self-priming characteristics of centrifugal pumps.
Applications
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, alkali production, smelting, rare earth, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, radio, foil production, scientific research institutions, and defense industries for the transportation of corrosive liquids, especially suitable for the transportation of flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature, strong alkaline, organic solvent, and precious liquids.

Features
- The pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, isolation sleeve, and other flow-through components are all made of high-quality stainless steel or special materials.
- Magnets are made of ferrites, neodymium iron boron, and samarium cobalt, with excellent magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization.
- The shaft sleeve and sliding bearings are made of highly wear-resistant materials such as silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE, with lubrication grooves set to effectively ensure the pump’s service life.
- Sealing adopts a closed static seal, completely solving the problem of medium leakage. The gas-liquid mixed self-priming design has strong self-priming function, with a self-priming height of up to 4 meters.
- No independent lubrication and cooling water are required, reducing energy consumption. Horizontal installation, low vibration, low noise, stable operation.
