Light Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump
A new type of pump utilizing the magnetic force transmission of permanent magnets to achieve contactless torque transmission. In this design, the motor drives the outer rotor (outer magnet) assembly to rotate. The magnetic field causes the magnetic lines to pass through the isolation sleeve, driving the inner rotor (inner magnet) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously.
Applications
Widely used in the transportation of corrosive liquids in processes such as petroleum, chemical, alkali production, smelting, rare earths, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, radio, chemical foil, research institutions, and defense industries. Particularly suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature, strong alkali, organic solvent, and valuable liquids.
Conditions
Design pressure: 0.6 MPa
Flow rate: 1.2-50 m³/h
Head: 8-50 m
Power: 0.18-22 kW
Operating Temperature: -30 to 100°C, with air-cooled structure reaching 150 to 160°C
Notes: When the specific gravity of the medium is greater than 1.3 mg/cm³, it should be specified when ordering. Prohibit dry operation and prohibit transporting media containing particles or crystalline substances.
Features
- Fully Sealed, Leak-Free Design: The Light Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump is engineered with a fully sealed and leak-free design, ensuring reliability and preventing any medium leakage.
- High-Quality Construction: Precision-cast components including the pump body, impeller, baffle, pump shaft, inner rotor, and isolation sleeve are crafted from premium stainless steel or special materials, guaranteeing durability and performance.
- Advanced Magnet Selection: Utilizing ferrite magnetic materials for the magnets, the pump offers excellent magnetic properties, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to demagnetization.
- Durable and Wear-Resistant Components: Dynamic rings and sliding bearings made from graphite and tetrafluoroethylene materials ensure high wear and temperature resistance, extending the pump’s service life.
- Efficient Sealing Mechanism: Featuring a closed static seal, the pump effectively prevents medium leakage, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Energy-Efficient Operation: With no need for separate lubrication or cooling water, the pump reduces energy consumption, contributing to cost savings and environmental sustainability.
- Convenient Maintenance: Designed with a direct-coupled rear pull structure, maintenance is simplified, eliminating the need for pipeline dismantling.
- Compact and Low-Vibration Design: The horizontal installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration, and low noise ensure smooth and stable operation in various environments.
