CB Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump
The Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump utilizes fully stainless steel materials (304, 316, 316L, etc.) for its flow-through components, offering excellent corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions, and various other substances.
Its core components include double spiral groove PTFE graphite bearings, silicon carbide, and hard alloy shaft sleeves, ensuring strong wear resistance and prolonged pump lifespan.
Applications
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, research institutions, and defense industries for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, and valuable liquids

- Suitable for transporting liquids with a maximum suction pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa
- Maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa
- Temperature not exceeding 100°C
- Density not exceeding 1600 kg/m³
- Viscosity not exceeding 30×10-6m²/s, and free from hard particles and fibers.
Features
- The Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump is a newly developed industrial pump featuring fully sealed, leak-free, pollution-free, and corrosion-resistant.
- The use of new permanent magnet materials ensures excellent magnetic properties and high-temperature resistance without demagnetization.
- Shaft sleeves and sliding bearings adopt silicon carbide, PTFE graphite, and alloy materials. Combined with unique bearing seat assembly and thrust ring design, the pump operates more stably, exhibits better wear resistance, and offers a longer service life with higher efficiency.
